Clients

Are We A Good Fit?

When you own and operate a small, service-oriented business like a contracting bookkeeping firm, there are the clients you love and the clients you don’t click with. Everyone deserves good bookkeeping, sure, but not everyone is a great fit for everyone else. We learned awhile ago that both us and our clients are happier when we really click.

We've put together this page to outline the clients that we believe we can work most effectively with. Read on to see if you think we'd be a good match. At a glance, our ideal client:

Where in the world...?

Is based anywhere within Washington State. Most of our clients are in the Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland areas.

How small is small?

Small business takes on a lot of meanings, in this case it means a business that has less than $250k in annual revenue and 0-3 team members.

Area of focus?

It's not practical for us to excel at all types of bookkeeping. We specialize in clients who specialize in providing a particular service – for example, consultants, web developers, architects, internet marketers, therapists, authors, and more.

Frequency of needs?

We are specifically looking for businesses who needs help to maintain their records on a monthly basis. Our clients usually need just a few hours of our attention, we limit our time to 5 hours per month. Clients needing more than this will be referred to other amazing bookkeeping teams.

Yes?

If you believe your business meets the above criteria, please contact us to discuss how we can help you!

No?

Contact us anyhow, we probably can recommend another local firm that would be a good fit.
