Rachel is the reason that Primarily Bookkeeping came to fruition. She has been QuickBooks regularly since 1995, this experience led her to obtain her ProAdvisor certifications in the Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Online versions of QuickBooks software in 2011. In 2017 she has earned the prestigious Intuit Advanced ProAdvisor certification. Her passion is to help small businesses with their bookkeeping needs, so she started Primarily Bookkeeping in 2012. The service has grown from there, thanks to Rachel's experience, initiative, and desire to provide customized bookkeeping solutions for small businesses.

Nena joined the Primarily Bookkeeping in December 2014 and has quickly grown to be an integral part of the team. Database administration is a tricky job, but Nena makes it seem effortless with her knowledge and efficiency. Nena lives in Serbia, Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in language studies. For the last 8 years, she has worked in the information and communications technology sector as ITC Project Manager, ITC Product Manager and IT Technical Support and Trainer. She is a big fan of animals, nature, IT technology, and innovations.
